Numina is built for everyone — ages 6 to adult — with children's privacy at its core (the principles of COPPA and GDPR-K). We do not show ads, sell data, or allow third-party tracking. If your child is under 13, please create and manage their account yourself. You may request removal of your child's personal data at any time by contacting privacy@numina.app.
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Numina, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a minor, you confirm you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Numina is a mental arithmetic fluency app for anyone who wants fast, confident mental maths — from age 6 to adult. We provide adaptive practice sessions, progress tracking, mastery tiers, achievement awards, and certificates.
3. User Accounts and Age Requirements
Accounts are created with Internet Identity — no passwords or emails are stored with us. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage your account and accepts these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Numina only for its intended educational purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use the platform to transmit harmful or offensive content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, curricula, and materials within Numina are the property of Numina and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without express written permission.
6. Privacy and Children's Data
Your use of Numina is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the privacy of children especially seriously. We do not sell, rent, or share learner data with advertisers or data brokers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Numina is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Use of the service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Numina and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes with at least 14 days' notice where possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Numina operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
